1. Why are you more expensive than others that advertise a lot cheaper?

You may wonder why our prices seem to be higher than your average sign on the road carpet cleaner. Well, the answer can be summed up easily - you get what you pay for! The majority of these carpet cleaners use what is called a portable machine, which is a small unit that they bring into your home to clean your floors. However, we pride in having the most advanced methods of extraction. We use a truck mounted machine for hot water extraction. This allows the water to be hotter, and vacuum power to be stronger, ensuring the best clean that will dry the fastest! We also are an all included business. Meaning, we have no hidden fees. Most companies advertise a “$20 per room” price, but in all reality for the proper cleaning, it costs $60 or more per room. We treat every inch of the carpet, and treat every stain possible, for the price that we give you! No hidden extras!

  2. Will my carpet get dirtier quicker after you clean it?

Not at all. We go through a thorough cleaning process, taking our time to pay attention to detail. We clean it twice, and dry it twice to ensure a deep clean. We use a safe, non-toxic specialty rinse that ensures the longevity of your cleaning. Once we reach the drying stage, we use air blowers to help dry faster and deeper into the carpets. Our customers are our main priority, which is why we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If anything wicks back after our cleaning, we will come back to you and fix it at no cost to you.

  3. Will my carpets be dry once you are finished?

When we finish our job, you may notice that your carpets still hold a small amount of moisture - this is normal. We do use air movers so that they will dry faster than without them. Also remember, some areas may take a little longer if we had to do multiple runs on high traffic areas. Usually the carpet is dry within 2 hours, sometimes even less!

  4. Can you get Kool Aid, Red Wine stains out?

We pride in being able to tackle most carpet “oh no’s” - red stains included. Under normal circumstances, red stains do not come up because of the dyes in the liquid, a standard cleaning isn’t powerful enough. We have a special product that we can provide during your treatment that can pull up the dyes out of your carpet (Sometimes at an additional fee, the chemical is very expensive and can be quite time consuming.) If you happen to get a red stain on your carpet and need a quick fix before we can get there, mix one-quarter tablespoon of dish washing detergent with four cups of lukewarm water and pour a small amount on the stained carpet. Work the solution in by using a gentle blotting motion. Then use water on a clean cloth to blot the spill and it should remove most of the stain.
